Georgia Southern at Georgia Tech - Somebody's Got to Win

The Yellow Jackets and Eagles come into this match up on the same road.That's a losing one at that. You could say both teams are a mirror image of each other. Both teams like to control the game with a run game and started out hot winning their first three games respectively. On the passing side of the game, these teams have not thrown the ball much. Surprisingly, the Yellow Jackets have tossed the ball 85 times to the Eagles 47.

Georgia Tech (3-3, 1-3 ACC) beat Boston College, Mercer, and Vanderbilt. Then the Yellow Jackets preceded to lose to Clemson, Miami, and last week to Pittsburgh in overtime. Georgia Southern (3-2, 2-1 Sun Belt) defeated Savannah State, South Alabama, and UL Monroe. After this three-game winning streak, the Eagles traveled to Kalamazoo, Michigan  to play a ranked Western Michigan team losing 47-31 and last week lost in the last minute of the game to Arkansas State.

To predict who will win this game is tough, but one of these teams will end their losing streak. Game time is 12:30 p.m. in Atlanta on the campus of Georgia Tech in Bobby Dodd Stadium on Grant Field. Who do you think will be the victor, an Eagle or a Yellow Jacket?
