The Wetherington Chiropractic Clinic Athlete of the Week for March 29, 2014

The Wetherington Chiropractic Clinic Athlete of the Week for March 29, 2014 is Effingham County High School senior Track and Field athlete Tyjon Williams. Last week, Tyjon won three events, taking the triple jump with a best of 45 feet, 11 inches, the high jump at 6 -2 and the long jump at 22-9, was part of the 4x400 relay team that finished second, and on the 4 x100 relay team that placed fourth all at the Bradwell Institute Tiger Relays.

This track season he has eleven first place medals. This season his season's bests are 6-6 in the High Jump, 22-9 in the Long Jump and 45-11 inches in the Triple Jump. He has seen interest from many colleges, such as Georgia, South Carolina, and Kennesaw State. Last here was the Savannah Morning News Track and Field Athlete of the year. Congratulations Tyjon!
